When Marc and I first began planning our destination wedding in Sarasota, we were very apprehensive about how we were going to manage while living in DC. You were the answer to our prayers! Your flexibility, organization, amiability, and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and if I haven't said it enough, THANK YOU!! From patiently answering my flurries of frantic emails in the beginning to holding my hand (literally) throughout the actual day, you helped me to create an event that was more than we ever imagined it could be. You never balked at my ideas, always finding a way to execute even the most impossible ones, from the "beefed-up" table arrangements and discontinued linens to the best surprise I could have given my groom! I have no doubt that it was because of your rapport with the Sarasota community and its vendors that everything turned out so spectacular everyone who provided a service for us (flowers, trolleys, groom's cake, etc.) lauded your skills as a coordinator, and I'm sure that everything was perfect because they didn't want to disappoint you! Our guests were impressed with every aspect of the entire wedding weekend. Things were so personal, unique, and "us" that we know the memories our friends and family have of our wedding will never be duplicated. You were invaluable in making that happen. When all is said and done, I count myself doubly lucky not only did we have the perfect wedding, but I have also made a fantastic new friend. Again, thank you for everything, Nicole. On March 8, 2008 - every one of our closest friends and families were there to share in our special day and we were able to sit back and enjoy the evening, knowing that the event was being handled with professionalism and care by someone who knew her job. I remember at the rehearsal how you reassured me that you would take care of everything and all I had to do was enjoy getting ready. I left in complete peace and trust in you. Knowing that you were there that morning to take care of things just kept me calm and totally confident everything will be magical. On our wedding day, you made sure that even the smallest of details were attended to and as a result, I didn't have to worry about anything!
Our family and friends continue to make comments on just how our wedding day was so special and so memorable for them as well.
